During and after pregnancy I did Powermama at Chantal. Received super good guidance on what is and what is not allowed. Chantal always monitors the load, so that you cannot get injured. She regularly checks on how you are doing. Very involved and knowledgeable. Staying fit during pregnancy and getting fitter again quickly after giving birth has been possible thanks to Powermama.
