Very professional CrossFit box. Great space, well maintained equipment, devoted, knowledgeable and friendly staff.
Great club with coaches that are attentive and motivating. I really enjoyed coming there to train in WODs since everyday was different and I always could find a day ot two a week with a workout that will be fun and always challenging.
A really friendly and open box where the coaches give great feedback and help you achieve the best you can no matter what your ability or age.
It has a great mix of normal (WOD) classes as well as specialty Olympic lifting, gymnastics, endurance and strongman to help you fine tune your technique.
