The box is well organized and has all the equipment needed for CrossFit. The staff is young and smart. During the lessons you are followed and helped to improve continuously. The overall atmosphere is very relaxed and welcoming. Recommended to all.
Excellent center focused on individual treatment of the client and work with small groups, which makes the service provided professional and quality. All the members of the staff are good, friendly and helpful, with whom I got on very well from the start! The environment is clean and well-kept with state-of-the-art equipment. after the test I immediately thought "I would choose it with my eyes closed." and "this is just the place I need"
I'm assuming that I've never attended crossfit gyms, so I can't make any comparisons. The 5 stars are for the coaches... Especially the legendary Ale, who adapt the exercises for all levels.
