Coach Canaan is phenomenal at meeting people where they are and making them better each day.

He is an excellent teacher and motivator.

The members are all very supportive and treat you like family.

The coaching staff does an amazing job not only with the programming but also focusing on the mechanics of the movements before the workouts and emphasizing points of safety.
