I've been training for a while. It's my first time at Crossfit. I always wanted to start, but I always postponed because I was ashamed of not knowing and being judged, until an anxiety crisis led me to start. I had gone to another box before, and as soon as I was received by teacher Aline, I was delighted with the service and cordiality. I have nothing to complain about. I don't feel judged, even though I don't know the moves yet. She and Amanda teach patiently, always willing to help. The group is really cool! Highly recommend!
