Crossfit Lykos over other gyms? Absolutely! because it truly provides an experience of training, mobility, self-awareness, and results in the utmost respect, with open communication between coach and class for each WOD. Its like a personalized training session EVERY class. Their focus and on proper technique, and understanding of each individual's own level/precautions provides the proper attention to each crossfitters needs and goals while educating on clean intricate form for utmost performance within each class time. No minute in there is wasted. It doesn't just end with the awesome coaching staff but the individuals that get there. Hardest part for me in my experience of going to gyms is getting there. What make me get to crossfit lykos everyday is the family atmosphere, there is no competition except between you and yourself. Everyone supports each other till the very end even the ones who finish quicker they stay and cheer on the other individuals. Did I ever think I could do 100 burpees in 10 minutes only my 3rd week at crossfit? NO! but everyone cheered me on and I finished. So my answer to why crossfit lykos is its the whole experience, from moment you open that door, to the second you leave with amazing mood that says damn tomorrow I'll be hurting but bring it on, because 1 thing will always be certain, your coach will always educate you with skill training, technique, and strength training to get you to achieve more than you though, and your fellow crossfitters are like your very own cheerleaders that when your trying to say my body is done I cant do it, they make you realize your uttermost potential. And one more thing I must mention is LUCY! my favorite dog on the planet! she is there and she will become your new best friend.
