All coachs are very professionals and take their time to well explains the WOD.
Superb box with 2 large spaces for lessons but also a space to train freely.
The equipment is top notch and the team often invests in new equipment to help its members discover it.
The coaches are very good advice, there is a great atmosphere.
Beginners without knowledge very well received and coach very present during the sessions for the accompaniment and the first steps.
