The coaches are amazing. They are very encouraging and give you the extra push and encouragement you need.
Everyone is super sweet and nice. They make you feel at home and give you tips like the correct shoes to wear.
The workouts are mapped out for beginners, intermediate, and advance. If you aren't able to complete the rx, there are different variations, so it's modified/personalized for you.
My overall health has improved.
