It is an excellent Box!! It has extensive facilities, excellent equipment and a great human team. The training sessions are well designed, always a challenge; hard work there!! I want to highlight the instructors, they are all highly trained and experienced. They are always ensuring good technique during the sessions. Really recommended!! They have parking, showers and even a smoothie bar for after training!!
First level team. Enough trained Coaches for each class. Plenty of space, and protocols in order. Ample parking
