Large CrossFit box located in the grounds of a local Rugby and Tennis club.

Lots of outdoor space both grassy fields and a long stretch of drive off the main road which makes it a safe place to do a run or a farmer’s carry when your workout asks for them.

The weights and other equipment is really well looked after and maintained and the gym itself is kept very clean and tidy.

There’s an impressive selection of cardio machines including assault bikes, concept2 rowers and ski ergs.
