Crossfit box with 4 very professional coaches. All very attentive on the injuries and pains that each one can have and on the quality of the movements, we are progressing well, quickly and serenely. The atmosphere is family and motivating. There is a very good team spirit, mutual support but also competition that pushes everyone to surpass themselves. The room is very well equipped and very clean. The workouts are varied and well renewed. I recommend without hesitation to anyone who wants to get started!

1 year and 1/2 soon that I am at NKCC CrossFit. Motivated, therefore regular and constant. It has become vital. Kayna, Charlène and Nicolas have definitely reconciled me with sport. Under their tutelage, we learn, we grow stronger, we surpass ourselves, we evolve. The small working groups allow security for the WODers and control for the coaches. You get used to the aches of the first few weeks (inevitable, we're not going to lie to each other! 😆) and Health is greatly improved regardless of age or condition.😎😎 All this in kindness and good humor. The box is clean, orderly and the equipment is of high quality. Please future NKCC take great care of it! The NKCC community is a family. No unhealthy competition. At each WOD, at each competition, we suffer together, we support each other, we encourage each other, we support each other.
